The Evangelism and Discipleship Ministry of

Jack Manor

"Behold, I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious cornerstone, and he who believes in Him will not be disappointed" (1 Pt. 2:6).

Help Us Help People Connect with God
Global Community

Jack maintains harmonious friendships and fellowships with pastors in India where he has been invited to preach in multiple churches, train pastors, assist in ordaining new pastors, minister in orphanages, and dedicate new churches. Moreover, for the past fourteen years, in his church plants and currently in the church where he is Senior Pastor, Cornerstone Baptist Church, Jack has had the privilege of pastoring people from India, Philippines, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago who are living and working in the United States.

God seeks us; therefore, He reveals Himself to us through creation, through conscience, through the Bible, and through Jesus Christ, God's fullest revelation of Himself. Our Heavenly Father wants us to know Him intimately, obey Him fully, and serve Him faithfully, so we can live full, vibrant, meaningful lives and serve His will and purpose. Our mission is to preach and teach the Bible with accuracy and clarity, lead people to saving faith in Jesus Christ, assist people on their journeys of faith, help churches thrive and grow, train pastors and church leaders, and, as God enables, supply people suffering in harsh circumstances with the assistance needed to help them experience renewal of life.

Throughout his twenty-eight plus years of ministry, Jack has counseled, preached, and taught inside local city and county jails. For the past ten years, he has ministered inside the Mississippi State Penitentiary as an adjunct professor in the Faith-Based Initiative program for New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and as a volunteer preacher at least twice each month in the at-large worship services. Scores of inmates have come to faith in Jesus Christ and been helped through his public preaching, personal evangelism and discipleship, small group teaching, and biblical counseling. Jack baptizes new inmate Christians in special worship services on the prison grounds. The goal is to broaden the MSP volunteer ministry and expand the prison ministry to include other prisons.

"Few people have impacted my Chaplaincy career more than Jack Manor. While striving to provide thorough ministry experience for offenders within the Mississippi State Penitentiary, Jack has come alongside me with his God-given ability to focus the apparent anointing of the Spirit on areas that I have not been able to address simply because of the magnitude of the field of ministry at this institution. His heart for ministering to people is evident as he shares his fervent love for all people. Although he is an intelligent and highly educated man, I am always at ease in his presence because of his caring nature and common-sense approach to relationships. No one who has spent any time with him in conversation or who has heard him preach can doubt his commitment to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am honored to be considered his friend." -- Chaplain J. Hammons, Retired - Mississippi State Penitentiary, Parchman, Mississippi

TRANSGENDERISM

The textbook definition of a word that has no meaning is “nonsense.” Such is the word transgender. The prefix “trans” means across. The definition of gender is the male or female sex. So the definition of transgender would be . . .

the GOSPEL in 3 minutes . . .

We all are, by nature, sinners and, therefore, enemies of God who are worthy of condemnation and eternal judgment in Hell to suffer under God's wrath (Romans 3:23; 6:23a; Ephesians 2:1-3). But God's love led Him to make a way for us to be pronounced righteous, after having the righteousness of Jesus Christ imputed to us, when we receive Him as Lord through faith (Romans 5:8-9; 6:23b; Ephesians 1:13-14; 2:8-9).
